Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee has the job of filling the vacant positions in all the other continuing committees, councils, boards, and other bodies that require election by the Presbytery. Our committee members serve in three classes for three-year terms. Our goal is to find willing individuals to serve the Presbytery where they are most gifted. Consideration is given to having parity between clergy and laypeople and men and women, so that all groups are equally represented on the committees of Monmouth Presbytery. Our nominations are presented at regular Presbytery meetings, where elections are held.
